Doing Directory Submissions the right way!

Submitting your site to Directories is important, but at the same time cumbersome. Every new site I start, getting them on directories involves hours of work submitting them to directories. All directories are different, hence automating the job makes no sense to me. Programs, simply can’t submit the site to directories correctly.

I from my past experiences have always felt that directory submission is one of the main aspects of SEO. With so many quality directories around it is tedious and time consuming to submit to the directories. There are a number of automated submission tools around, but such tools would definitely get you banned. Secondly, with such tools you can’t get into quality directories as all good directories are all protected by CAPTCHA codes. Hence I use a manual directory submission service like submit5.com to get the job done. There are other such sites too, but they’re relatively expensive and often don’t do a good job. But trust me, directory submission is just one aspect of SEO – however it is important. It is the easiest way to get your site noticed by search engines.
